What’s up with the radio silence? So it’s been awhile since I’ve been on here. I’ve typed several blogs but they haven’t felt quite right to post. I really try and put my heart and soul into this site. So what have I been up to?

Really I’ve been doing more than I should. I’m working on outsourcing as much as I can. My goal is for my days to consist of me just going on calls and making offers. The problem is that takes trust, money, and employees.

I have done some Zillow marketing as a Realtor, sold an LLC, finished a rehab, and am improving my systems.

Absolutely! I see that there are several of you that check in a few times a week. I’m excited to give you an update. Things are going to be changing around here. Stick around. It’s going to be a blast! We are going to be creating our own marketing pieces, partnering with investors, and branding. There should be a new logo within the next few weeks. Keep an eye out for updates on Pinterest, YouTube, and Twitter. Radio Silence should be a thing of the past!

One of my goals is to make this site extremely valuable to you guys. I’m going to have different products/services that you can use or completely ignore. My goal is to get your business to run like clockwork. I have no interest in running a mom and pop investment shop. (That rhymed!) My goal is to create systems that allow us all to act like a CEO. We are either going to succeed or fail together. So let’s give this our best shot!
