  1. May I ask if you will give me an example of a great deal? I have just finished. Classes on wholesaling, buy and hold, fix and flip and so on.. I have found a lot of people that buy. And i see all kinds of reduced prices but i am not sure what to do this is my first deal Im trying. Figure out whay am is my next step? I don’t know how to check the real value of the deals Im looking at.Im excited to be getting into wholesaling abf and down the road rehabbing and flipping houses.. can anyone please give mesome advice and ideas?

    1. Howdy Dawn,

So an example of a great deal… What you need to be looking for (especially on your first one) is a slam dunk. Use the 65% rule. In order to actually get offers accepted you’re going to need to meet with off market sellers.
