Hello my name is Ryan.  I am 22 years young, and I run a successful real estate company. I am a licensed Broker in Indiana with Blue Sky Realty. I am an automotive gear head. I love motorcycles, fishing, guns, friends, and family. I have helped individuals sell homes that real estate agents couldn’t sell. I have networked with investors, contractors, and marketing companies. I run a direct mail campaign that generates off market leads for my business. I have bought/sold 13 homes in the last year. When I’m not writing up contracts or working with clients, my wife and I enjoy traveling, spending time with family, and spoiling our dog.

I’ve started this blog as a way to write out some of my story and help other learn what they need to get started. I’m not an expert, but I’ve certainly found techniques and had experiences others can benefit from. Feel free to ask questions and I’ll do my best to answer.
