What your name means is important. The picture at the top of this blog is me rebuilding motorcycle calipers. I absolutely love the internet. I bought a motorcycle, learned how to ride it, rebuilt master cylinders, rebuilt forks, upgraded to stainless steel brake lines, did a valve job, and more all by using Google. I bought a 1987 Yamaha Maxim X and quickly realized a motorcycle older than me had some deferred maintenance. After talking to a local shop and getting a few estimates I realized I could not afford to maintain my new toy. I either had to do the work myself or sell it. Being a stubborn male, I got my hands dirty. I can’t count the amount of hours I made my then-girlfriend watch me lay on the garage floor for. (She complained just enough to make her point, but must not have minded too much as she married me!) The point I’m making is that if you REALLY WANT to do something you will find a way to make it happen.

Using that same self-taught approach, I tackled real estate investing. I’ve read books, listened to podcasts, and attended meetings. I’m going to make this extremely easy on you guys. Simply follow the blog, and I will teach you all I know.
